Display name+email in list collector field after select

I want to display Name + email AFTER SELECTING the user in list collector field.
I can able to see name + email as list as shown in image, but i want to display after select

Hi Shawn,

With current OOB config it is not possible. All you can do is create a new field just below Sponsers & update the mail address in that field as soon as you select users in Sponsers field.

So, instead of Display Name + Email in same field it will be Display name in Sponsers field while Email in new field.

Unfortunately, this is not possible!!

You can display either Name or Email after you select the options, not both together.
