Display shift timings and available agents on portal page

Hi,
let me give you complete scenario what I have done in my instance, firstly I have created user accounts for 5 members. created group with name shift roaster and added those 5members to it. Then in cmn_rota table I have created shifts using this group inside it. Now what I have to do, when any shift is selected from portal page it has to show available users dynamically. I have to show an Icon on portal page with name shift timings & available agents. once it is clicked it has to show dropdown menu for different shifts like first shift, second shift, night shift and general. once shift is selected it has to show available agents for that shift.
The code I'm using is giving this, mentioned in image. I'm not getting what mistake I have done. I have used cmn_rota, cmn_rota_roaster, sys_user tables to fetch data. Am I using correct way or Is there any other way for this? Can anyone guide me on this.
