Distribution list users are not receiving email from servicenow

we added existing users & out look distribtion list (DL) in watch list.
once we update any incident the DL users should get update notification,but it didnt send.
but i am able to see in Email logs(email generated successfully).
any idea why its not sending.

Hi - we had this issue and determined the following:
- Emails from ServiceNow were considered unauthenticated.
- We removed the limitation on the specific DL we were wanting to use to consider the sevicenow email address as authenticated.
- So in theory adding ServiceNow to a whitelist for that DL only
