Do we have a release calendar available or how can i have release calendar developed with maintenance schedule similar to change calendar?

we have a requirement to display the Releases happening every month with the maintenance schedule or holidays if any.

just similar to change calendar, is there any way to create custom calendar with similar capabilities.
