Does the ECC log or the Node Log File Browser show the actual Payload of an inbound API call?

I've looked at multiple community posts regarding API calls and how the ECC log and/or Dashboard, or the Node Log File Browser can show data on API calls.  However, I need to know specifically where I can find the specific payload of API calls being made into the ServiceNow instance.  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
