Can you please check if there is any default value set on "Due Date" field?

Hi Sean,
The Due Date is set based on Workflow. If there is not duration in Workflow porperties, check you catalog.
In Service Catalog also there is a duration. That takes preference, if you dont have duration in workflow.
You can also set due date while creating catalog task in workflow.

I checked my associated workflow and it is only setting the approval. I also checked the service catalog item and no duration is set either. Any other places to check where my Due Date is being set? Currently the Due Date is being set as the same date/time as the Opened.

If you dont put a duration in workflow or catalog item, it will take it as 0 and set due date same as opened date.
