Duplicate notifications are triggering

I have a notification. This notification will trigger through an event from workflow. While I'm trying to test this in email logs, I can see there are three notifications(duplicate) triggered at the same time. For the three notifications the originating event and notifications are same. 

 

Please help me with this ASAP. I want the notification to be triggered only once. The notifications that are highlighted below in red are triggering thrice.

Create an event line is triggered only once.

1. can you go to system policy -> Events -> Event log and check if the event got triggered thrice?

2. If not, then check if the 3 ntifictions you recieved is the same notif or different notifs.

Yes, they are triggered thrice at the same time.

Can you check your create event activity lines and see if by mistake the same event was used in other event activity places as well.

Becuase as per your screenshot, i see 2 create event lines triggered. Check if its the same event that got triggered by any chance.

Those are two different events. I'm saying both these events are triggering thrice.
