Email Notification triggered for the user other than preferred language

Hi All,

 

For SR the Email Notification for Approval is triggered in the other language in French where as the users preferred language is English. The Email Notification should be triggered for the user whose preferred language is set to English & however user received notification in French as well. As I checked for the Email Logs, The Email for other language should be in the " type == sent-ignored " which means the Email has not been sent. But in My Case the Email has been sent to the user in the other language and what I have observed is the fields in Email logs " The Type == Sent &&  Email Notification == Empty && Language == None " and User has received Email in other Language. Please look into the Attached Screen Shots. Please let me know why is the Email Triggered.

Hi @Sridhar G,

 

I assume you must have dynamic translation enabled.

When this is set up, on the Notification 'What it will contain' tab, there is checkbox called 'Enable dynamic translation'. If this is checked, the email will be sent in the users preferred language (Assuming you have your emails set up accordingly).

Have you checked there and confirmed this is checked - assuming your ask is to send the email in the users preferred language.

We are not using this field 'Enable dynamic translation'  & is not visible in our Email Notification. But this is not happening continuously as I checked for previous and now present Email Notifications for the same User It is been working fine and also I tried to recreate the issue in Lower instance but it is working fine. This issue has happened only one time for the user.
