Email notification

when the user is submitting the ritm from employee center portal an email notification is send to the approver but in that email under  additional details no matter is showing can anyone guide me how to get that additional details in the notification

Hi @VenkataSreC 

Please check which email notification is triggered, then open that notification. Go to "What to Send" and see if any content is added there.
