We deployed SNOW about 6 months ago and did an initial LDAP user import sync into SNOW. We setup LDAP listeners using a mid server. I don't think anyone ever checked if it was working until we noticed some new employees were not in the SNOW user list. When I look at the status this is what I see. Also doing scheduled import works.

When executing the scheduled load, do records get populated into the import set table? If not, I would start by working with your team that manages Active Directory to confirm the LDAP configuration is searching the correct OUs.
