Email reply from end users should get captured in Change Task's work notes

Hello,
We want end users to just reply to an email and then that reply should get captured in Change Task's work notes.
Is it possible?

Via Inbound Action.
Type = Reply. But make sure user reply same email which was sent from Change task table.

There is OOB inbound action - Update Change task.
This is not working for End Users.
Any idea?
