Hi All,
We have around 100 people who are fulfillers and around 20 Requesters (End-Users). They don't have a single idea how SNOW works. We are planning to provide training for them.
Are there any free or paid trainings provided by servicenow regards to this.
Please let me know if there is anything of such sort.
Thanks in Advance

Hi,
ServiceNow youtube channel has a lot of learning material.
Getting started with the Now Platform user interface
Getting started with the application navigator
https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLCOmiTb5WX3o29YZoUSZGxRUjcP8fdOL-
Also you can visit nowlearning portal and select some best training/learning course which matches your requirement. e.g. ITSM module ( Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge and Service Catalog )
https://nowlearning.servicenow.com/lxp
There are many more options available, you need to review and select the best one as per your organization need.

Hi,
NowLearning portal has free and OnDemand ( paid) both type of learning courses but those are for individual user. You can talk to your ServiceNow account manager paid training.
