End users are unable to view one catalog item in servicenow

Hi All,

There is one catalog item which is not available to any users expect admin, where as other items are available as configured, No user criteria or restrictions kept for item still it is not visible,Please help.

Hi

Have you checked the "Roles" field of the Catalog Item?

Is there some roles captured for this specific Catalog Item?

Is the Item set to "Active" = "true"?

It is already true and no roles for item.

Hi,

I have already verified field Visible else and it is true only. Yes Iam unable to find that catalog item in portal.
