End users are unable to view one catalog item in servicenow

Hi All,

There is one catalog item which is not available to any users expect admin, where as other items are available as configured, No user criteria or restrictions kept for item still it is not visible,Please help.

Hi,

few things to check

1) Is this happening for admins, non-admins?

2) when was the last time this worked and any change done after that?

3) Did you recently upgrade instance?

previously i has defined a user criteria that is should visible to only mangers, that time catalog was working fine and it visible to managers as configured, now as i want to make that catalog visible to all I have removed user criteria but now it is not avialble to any one.

Did you try clearing instance cache using cache.do?

When you remove all user criteria, the system will add one to make to "safe", not showing up to anyone in the "NOT AVAILABLE FOR" Related List.

Check that one and adjust accordingly. Then, you may be able to see the item again.
