End users are unable to view one catalog item in servicenow

Hi All,
There is one catalog item which is not available to any users expect admin, where as other items are available as configured, No user criteria or restrictions kept for item still it is not visible,Please help.

Hi Rafiuddin,
Does that mean item itself is not available on portal when searched (Global search) or it is visible/shows up only when looked from Service Categories by navigating.
If not available on Portal from Global search check for 'No Search' for the Catalog item from Service Catalog >> Maintain Items from Application navigator. It should be False. If it is true then change it to Flase to make it accesible when searched from Global search.
Since, you have verified all the required criteria, roles can you check if it associated to correct Category & the Category is active as well.

Hi Jaspal,
The item is even not avaiable when I navigate through Service Categories , the category and catalog is corrrect.
Previously i has defined a user criteria that is should visible to only mangers, that time catalog was working fine and it visible to managers, now as i wont to make that catalog visible to all I have removed user criteria but know it is not avialble to any one.

In that case can you mark the User Criteria to False & then give it a check.
