Maybe you need to upgrade your instance to the latest patch!

oh okay so how can I upgrade it or check my current patch?

Just type "stats.do" in the navigator and hit ENTER to see current version

Hi

Upgrading depends on what instance you refer to.

If you have a "PDI" (Personal Developer Instance), you can do that via the Developer Portal with "Manage Instance"

If you are talking about your companies Instance, you need to do that via the HI Portal.

Please check steps mandatory BEFORE upgrade any PRODUCTION instance.
