Error style not working in UI Policy Action

Hey team,
I'm trying to create a UI Policy Action to display an error message but for some reason it is not displaying the message with the red background. However, when I use warning or info the backgrounds yellow and blue work.
Does anybody know how to fix this issue?

FYI I just tested it and it works for both message in the top as well as field message, both red:
PS: (catalog) client script is also possible to achieve this as you correctly said
PS2: perhaps it was a bug which has been already fixed :))
