I am trying to create a data source to import data into servicenow from Power Bi. I am initially attaching the downloaded file from Power BI to the Data Source, but when clicking on "Test Load 20 records", it fails advising it is unable to load headers and to verify the specified sheet number is valid".
If I open the excel spreadsheet up it shows that I have to "enable editing", which I do and then overwrite and upload back to the data source, then test load again the import works.
My understanding is that "enable editing" is a setting with the users excel application on their own computer, so even if I change the setting on my pc, I coul dopen the file and edit it straight away, but if the file was to be sent to Servicenow via email which is the way we want to do it, Servicenow would still have the issue.
If we export the file from Power BI as csv, I have noticed when creating the transform map it adds random characters infront of the column names, even though the column headers on the csv read correctly?
Any ideas on how to get around the issue

Morning,
Not directly, we have our RPA tool export the file from PowerBI, it then sorts the data and then re saves the file before it then attaches it to a data source within ServiceNow
