We have a requirement for feedback survey,
We have normal question as - 'How satisfied are you with the service' of Numeric scale.
*Now the requirement is to add new Comment field with below conditions:
1. "Comment" to be mandatory once lowest score is selected.
2. Add following, always expanded hint to the "Comment" field: Sharing details in the comment field is key to helping us improve when your expectations aren't met.
How can we achieve above requirement in survey?
