Fetch Distribution List through Entra ID spoke.

Hello,

We previously installed the Entra ID Spoke (version 4.3.2) and have successfully created users and groups through it. Now, as per our current requirement, we would like to sync Distribution Lists (DLs) using the same spoke.

Could you please suggest the recommended approach to achieve this?

as you can read on https://store.servicenow.com/store/app/8e29af6e1be06a50a85b16db234bcb8a the current spoke implementation does not provide functionality for your requirement. The only option would be to extend the spoke and use the existing API connection.

So as per you suggestion, I should upgrade the plugin to the latest one and then i'll be able to fetch Distribution List.

what @Maik Skoddow is suggesting is if that spoke doesn't support it, you will have to create a custom flow action to handle your requirement and then use that flow action possibly in your flow or subflow.

For this you will have to understand how the microsoft API works and build the endpoint etc accordingly
