Field rationalization and workflow relationships

We are trying to retire the custom attributes and move towards the OOTB field were applicable. During this process, we realized that so many workflows tied to the custom attributes like Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Actions etc. and some service catalogs might be referencing that attribute. So, is there any utility which pulls that kind of information so that we can update existing workflows accordingly or any suggestion on how this can be achieved?
