Field value is getting cleared if we save or update form

Hi All,

 

We have a field on change request form which is populating support group from CMDB record. when we save/update the form, value is getting cleared automatically.

How are you populating this field. is there a UI policy or something that could be clearing it?

Hello,

 

Please check if there is a onsubmit client script or after update BR which would be clearing the value out from the field.

Check is there any before insert business rule, which overrides the added values or not?
