Filter condition in the report for an update with in 24 hours

  1. If a ticket is opened or created and there is no update happened with in 24 hrs then those incidents has to be displayed in the report. What condition should I have to apply to satisfy this requirement in the scheduled report.

I had tried this condition. But the result is different we are not getting the expected records
