Hello All,
We have encountered a problem with the flow designer where we are unable to open any flows, including out-of-the-box flows. Whenever we attempt to open a flow, we receive an error message stating, 'Your flow cannot be found. Flow sys_id:Name is required for creating a Flow'. The same issue occurs for subflows and actions as well.
This issue arose after cloning and upgrading to the Vancouver (patch2-hotfix1a) version.
Also, scripts are missing in workflows.
Note: This issue is only occurring on the test instance and is not present in DEV and PROD instances.
We try to resolve this issue by cloning from PROD to Test again.

Hi @Sonu Parab ,
Its an instance specific issue, so best direction to approach towards solution will be raising a HI Ticket and getting the solution. Service-now Agent can diagnose the actual missing dependency from test instance and try updating those.
We have also faces similar kind of issues which were instance specific, and got help from service-now support!

Possible reason, something wrong happened during upgrade or as friend suggested @Rahul Talreja log a HI support ticket for same.

Can you please check whether cloning & upgrading is successfully completed or not for test instance. If you find any issues in cloning & upgrading instance then please raise HI ticket to ServiceNow.

What was the solution to this issue, as this error is occurring during development for us. One minute it's working, next minute it completely breaks, and locks us out of the subflow.
How does anyone actually work within this platform, so buggy?!
