Flow Designer - use "Variables" from current Catalog ITEM

Hey,

we deploy currently in our company a Global Service Catalog wit more than 200 Items.

I have currently the issue, that I need for each Catalog Item "static" Action for "Get Catalog Variables"

So I need for all 200 Catalog Items 200 specific Flows.

Is it possible to get e.g. all Variables "dynamic" from the current chosen Catalog Item?

Hi Gabriel,

Yes, you can choose the item in the field - Template catalog item, it will display all the variables, just drag drop to the right side.

Hey, it is not possible to drag and drop Data from the right site.

I can only choose this Items in the Catalog Items.

Hi Gabriel,

Step 1 - choose the name of the form in the - Template catalog item.

Step 2 - It will display all the variable in the form

step 3 - move the variables to the right

Yes, I know that, but I need a solution that I don't do manually for all 200 catalogue items... So I need a dynamic one that shows the variables from the catalog item

There is no option in my knowledge to pull variable dynamically, you can use try service catalog api to grab the variables dynamically and update the variables in task.
