Hi Rahul,

I would not suggest to deactivate, instead add a relevant role to the report view ACL.

Hi Rahul,

There are report_view ACLs present for kb_knowledge table which is restricting you from the access. Kindly check for the report view ACL on this table and see if the user fulfills the criteria.

Ideally with this report view ACL, only admin, knowledge_admin and knowledge_manager can view the reports related to knowledge management.

Hi Deepankar,

Thank you for quick reply.

For the kb_knowledge table checked report_view ACL and I can see knowledge_admin and knowledge_manager roles are their, in PROD.

In other instance, user dont have knowledge_admin and knowledge_manager roles. still he can access same report. but in prod he can't see data inreport.

We had this similar thing happened last Sunday, this is Servicenow patching that happened on the report_view ACL, check for email from Servicenow they might have sent some reminder emails. This is the reason you saw changes happening in Production and not in your lower environment.

Let me know in case of any queries.
