For table: KB_knowledge report
getting error - Access to this content denied based on report_view ACLs.

Hi Rahul,
I would not suggest to deactivate, instead add a relevant role to the report view ACL.

In DEV and UAT user don't have knowledge_admin or knowledge_manager roles still he can access the report.

As mentioned the Patching only happened in Production and the report view ACL only got activated in Production. In dev and test the report view ACLs are still inactive

In PROD and DEV
ACL-> searched for Report_view
Got 4 report_view ACL (create/delete/read/write)
In both instance(PROD and DEV) 4 ACL are active.
Getting error only in PROD.

Report view is a type of operation not a name.
Kindly search of operation as report_view

Now I can see many ACL with operation report_view
Which ACL I should inactive?
