hi all,

i hope this email finds you all well.

i am trying to start transitioning from normal forms to service operations workspace but i find some difficulties customizing forms.

SCTASK form. i am trying to add the work notes/additional comments/activity section to the form. Whenever i add the section it also adds it to the details of the form (image attached).

how can i remove it from the details section?

Could you please try to remove the activity fields from the sc_task native form in the workspace view ?

I realised that there is a client script OOB for incident form, so i did the same for catalogue tasks.

that solved the issue.
