Generate Approval and set the Workflow to “Review” when a Published knowledge Article is Updated.

Hello All,

When anyone updates published article then it should go to 'Review' workflow state and waiting for approval again.

Is there any way I can call publish workflow or any other suggestion?

@MayurGavhane Knowledge article approval is defined in Knowledge base you select for article.

 

usually that will be OOB workflows. You can create your own and add that as publish workflow
