I clear the cache.do but still i am getting same error... why this is happening i m not getting..

Hi Subhajit,
When you mention clearing the cache, would a cache.do fix it?
If so, you do not need to reach out to HI.
Or am I missing something?

1. Activate Debug Business Rules
2. Raise a catalog request
3. Once you see the error, scroll to the bottom of the page and see what are the business rules that are running. See if any of them is a customised BR written by you or your team.

Dear Mukesh,
To which table the sys_id is referring to? It should be either Request or Requested Item. Go to that table and check whether in any business rules (insert/update) defined for that table, if you have used current.update().
