I have a catalog item that I've built that has a bunch of variables in it that are blank on submission (hidden on the catalog view form). I am using flow designer for the workflow. When the service tasks generate, these variables become available for a specific group to see on the task to fill in. When the group closes the task, a new task opens for another group with the same variable that was filled in on the other task. I am wondering how I can get the data that was filled in on the previous tasks variable, and auto input it into the new task. It seems like flow designer will only look at the variables data based on what was input on submission of the catalog form.
