When I use the global search, it shows me lots of info but does not show me any requested Items. I already added the sc_req_item table to the text search tables but still see nothing. Is there something I am doing wrong? I am on Utah.

I got it! Wanted to share what I did:
(Also, I found out this may be because I use next experience UI)
1.) go to sys_search_context_config.list
2.) Click "Now Experience Search Configuration"
3.) Switch to "Polaris app shell" application
4.) In the section towards the bottom "Application Search Source" click "New"
5.) For the "Source" click the magnifying glass
6.) I have to click "New" again because Requested Items wasn't in there
7.) Name = Tasks - Requested Items
Table = sc_req_items
filter = whatever you want I did active is true or false
8.) Click submit
9.) We should be back at the "Application Search sources screen.
10.) For source click the newly created "Tasks - Requested Items" (order can be whatever you want)
11.) Click submit
Now on the Now Experience Search Configuration page you should see your new entry, try to search and see if your requested items are coming through. If not you may need to adjust that filter you created.
