Global search results do not show incidents table for all users except admins

When a non-admin user does a search with global search, the results do not show the incident table but it does show other tables like Catalog Tasks and Users.

But when I do the same search as an admin, the incident table results show up:

I cannot seem to find a role or ACL that is giving admins access for the incidents to show up in the global search.

Hi Sam,

Go to     System Definition > Search Groups    and validate the roles required for Tasks:

Make sure "Incidents" is the the Tables searched column.

Make sure the user you impersonate is with one of the required roles.

Thank you for your response. I just checked and it looks like Incidents is in the Tables searched column.

And the user that I am testing with does have the itil role.

Do you have any other ideas on what it could be?
