global Ui action is not available in default view

We see global ui action is not visible in default. We have exclude and include ui action view. will that effect default view.

This is our ui action on global table it has both include and exclude ui action visibility rules

now I understand what you mean and it's the first time that I someone using the visibility options so extensively. 

And I can imagine that when using these options you have to mention the "Default view" explicitly if you want to have it available for your UI Actions.
