I am quite new to ServiceNow
I have created a new Catalog for reserving Books with a custom Table: Books
To give access to users I have created a Group "Books Group" with a specified role to read, write, create, delete records.
Whenever there's a new user I need to add it to the created group for him to have access to read books.
My question is how can I do the following:
As an end user, I should be able to list all the books from the catalog item
or incident without asking for a role or being added to a Group.
