Restrict elements in workspace based on User Criteria

Hi,

 

Tried creating audience based on user criteria .

"glide.ux.user_criteria_enabled" - Property was enabled . Though Im not able to restrict based on user criteria . I can only able to restrict based on roles. Please suggest any solution/troubleshooting methods.
