Help with the Drilldown View in Reporting

Hi,

My issue is I have created two 2 reports of same conditions & same table

1. is of List type

2. is of Single score type

1. In List type, I can choose my required columns. So when I Run it I can see what all columns I want.

2. I have created a Single Score Report and added a Drilldown of List type.

Drilldown of List type,

When I click on 32. It opens the List Report(Drilldown)

Here the columns are different from the report I have mentioned in the 1st point.

I want the columns same as what they are point 1 columns. How can I get that?

On normal list type report you can manually adjust the column and based on that it shows the result .

if you have created Single Score Report and drilled down then based on selected view the columns will appear .

Drilldown view

List view to show when a user selects a segment of a report for which no drilldown report type is specified. This view is also used when the user reaches the lowest drilldown level of a report. See Configure the list layout . If you specify a Report drilldown, Drilldown view is ignored.

Note: All users are able to view report visualizations, such as pie charts and column reports. However, the last level of a report drilldown is always a list. Platform access control lists determine user access to list information. Users who do not have rights to any part of the list data see the message "Number of rows removed from this list by Security constraints:" followed by the number. See Access control rules.

Thank You so much for the detailed information. I have understood to add view.

But I have an issue. when I add a single score report with List view drilldown , to a dashboard.

The List appears but I cannot see the complete list over there. I have to keep on scrolling. it will not launch the list in other page.

In that case I should be using Drilldown View right??
