Hello Team,
I’m working on a use case where a user sees a list of courses in the Service Portal, but the course link [catalog item] should only be visible after getting approval from the manager. I want to hide the course link field until the approval is completed, and once the manager approves, the course link should appear in the portal. I’m not sure how to do this.
If this can be done through a script, kindly share the script as well.
Please guide me on how to achieve this.
Thanks & Regards,
Nuthana

@Ankur Bawiskar
Could you please confirm if there's a way to automatically check the variable only after the manager's approves the requested item? Let me know if you need any clarification.
Thanks & Regards,
Sneha

then after manager approves, use business rule on sysapproval_approver table and query that variable under your catalog item
Then mark that checkbox as true.
I believe you can handle the BR script based on your experience and development skills.
If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.
