Hide or disable tabs on a form

Hi all,
Is it possible to hide or disable some tabs on a form, not the customizable section but the out of the box tabs, ie: on Project form I wantwould like to hide some tabs such as:
- Baselines
- User resources
Any suggestion is very welcome.

Right.   There are two sets of tabs on a form as was mentioned earlier:


1. Form Sections


2. Related Lists



It would be nice if there were similar interfaces to add and disable entries from these lists, but it appears that a UI exists for only the Related Lists.   For Form Sections, it's easy to add one, but not so easy to "disable" one unless the Designer provides that ability which I'm not sure of as I only saw "New" in the designer and not "Remove".
