Hello
I have a catalog item which contains lots of variables with lots of catalog ui policies to hide/show the variables based on what has already been selected on the form.
These variables are all multiple choice with a default answer. The item is working perfectly when requesting from the catalog.
The issue I am having is when the approver goes to the portal, the approval form is showing all variables with their default answer, so they don't know what they are approving. It looks like the requestor is requesting every bit of access, and not just what they selected.
How can I get the approver form to only show what has been selected by the requester (i.e how can I get the UI policies to carry over to the approver form?)
Thanks
Abbie

Hey Abbie, I am also having a similar issue. To summarize, since the catalog item is dynamic in what is shown to the user the option of unchecking visable on summaries would not be ideal.
You would think the "Hidden" field would just hide the variable no matter where it is
