How can I create a report on how our tickets are being assigned?

Hello,

 

I am a new ServiceNow Admin and have been tasked with pulling information on how our Incident and Change Request tickets are being assigned. Since it uses hard coded routing logic my job is to shed some light on the process.

What would be the best way to showcase this either in a report or briefing? 

Any ideas or thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure, i understood your issue.

 

Do you want to see all the records assigned to user?

- Report

- List view

Both can be helpful.
