How can I disable email notifications for a whole group?

I created a group of VIP's we do not want to receive any email notifications. I can create a condition per table in Notification Filter > Unsubscribe but when I try to create one globally I don't have an option to select the group. Is there another way I can do this without going into each user profile? I want to avoid doing it on each individual profile for future tracking and editing purposes.

I did this with a table of email addresses for VIPs and a business rule on email that scrubbed their email address from outgoing emails.

If you don't want them to receive any email notifications, you could just remove their email addresses from their user records.

Here is a trick you can try
On group record there is a field called Group Email, set that to a fake email id (xyz.abc@gmail.com) & i believe that system will make an attempt to send email to that group email only & not to individual group members. And since the group email id itself is invalid the delivery will never happen
