How can I filter the start date by "since the beginning of the month 2 months ago"?

I would like to filter the server "start date" from the beginning of the month two months before today.I know the settings for the last month and 60 days ago, but I don't know how to filter from the beginning of the month two months before the current date, so please let me know.

If today is September 7th, I want to display the dates after July 1st.

We want to fix it as a module filter setting because We check it every month.

So I would like to set the condition as "after the beginning of the month two months ago" instead of setting the period by date.

There is no OOB filter/condition for this, so you need to create a scripted report for this. At least I assume you want this on a dashboard somewhere, because just filtering on a list is easy.
