How can I get the "Activity Stream @Mention Email" notification email to include the text of the @Mention?

Unfortunately not that I am aware of. The getJournalEntry pulls the journaled activity record so Date/Time, Author, and Comment. To my knowledge, and I could be wrong, there is no way to parse this out into pieces based on the Date/Time vs Author vs Comment.
