When I use the CAB workbench, I am unable to submit a change through the CAB workbench a 2nd time. Occasionally this needs to happen. what can I do to send it through the 2nd time?

It can be added to multiple CAB. If you are automatically adding items to the CAB, check your CAB Definitions filter criteria to make sure it's not excluding certain items.

Can you provide more details. Do you mean go thought CAB workbench twice in the same meeting or are you referring to it going thought a second meeting?

Sorry, I should have been more clear. If I have a change that goes through the 1st CAB meeting in the workbench but doesn't get approved for whatever reason, it will need to go through a later one. I create a new meeting and create another agenda but it never shows up on the 2nd agenda. I assume there is a process in place that limits it to only 1 CAB workbench.

As long as it meeting the meeting criteria it should be pulled in automatically. However you can also manually add it as an agenda item.
