Hi Raj,
If you want hide "order this item"
Under module Maintain Cart Layouts, you can uncheck Visibility on them. However, you need to make sure there is a way for the user to submit the request.
Hope this helps!

Hi RAJ,
You want to configure the Cart Layout for Order this Item.
There you can un-check Quantity and Delivery time from appearing for ALL catalog items.
If you wish to remove those labels from a single catalog item, you can do so by configuring the Form Layout of the Catalog Item and adding the necessary fields to the form. Further details are at the bottom of the Docs link above.
Thanks.

RAJ,
Can you expand on the requirements and high-level what you are looking to achieve?
The Service Portal may be a better fit for showing Catalog Items to your users, as you have more flexibility over what to do with the elements.
Grab the sys_id of the catalog item and try navigating to your instance URL with /sp?id=sc_cat_item&sys_id=039c516237b1300054b6a3549dbe5dfc at the end (replacing the sys_id) to see what the form will look like.
The Service Portal view does not show the "Order this item" wording.
Thanks.
