How can we customize the Chat Menu Items Values based on the logged in user's company details like phone number, email.

Hello all,

As per my requirement we need to change the Chat menu items values(Table name : va_branding_contact_menu) such as Phone number and Email based on the  logged in user's company .

Can you please help me for finding solution. Also I have attached screenshot for the same.

Any guidance or tips would be greatly appreciated!

Hi there,

When using the same Branding record, that's not a possibility unfortunately.
