Hi, Please do let me know how can we see the Software Installed in a PC in ServiceNow(PC Software Installations tab   in ServiceNow).

Do you have the sam or asset role? It looks like an Access Control issue.


Hi Ben, yes it was ACL issue , I have added the role of service desk to the " cmdb_sam_sw_install"(read only) ACL   and now users are able to view the software's under the software installation tab.
