Hello,
A customer would like to use the subscription management report to allocate cost based on the licenses used.
If we can validate what exactly is being used in the Subscription Overview. The customer doesn't believe that the subscription overview dashboard is correct, if we can build a backend to verify what are the users, their roles and what they are using particular subscription services.
Is there a way to build a backend to verify what are the users, their roles and what they are using particular subscription services? Please provide steps.
Is there a way to automate this directly from the subscription management overview ?

Hi User,
You can do the following steps:
- Go to the subscription table list view (you can also shortcut it by typing in license_details.list).
- Find the relevant subscription record (For example IT Service Management) and select it
- You should then be able to find the related lists below that will indicate the users linked to the subscriptions, associated roles and tables.
That should give some indication as to what makes up the license count.
Hope the helps.
