How day light savings ON and OFF work in Servicenow

Hi All,
Could you please let me know how the day light savings timings work within Servicenow Instance. Since we see a time difference while triggering the notification.

Especially when we are scheduling the job to run at a particular time.

It should not get effected, as server timing also get updated based on the daylight saving time.

In general, if a time zone is specified based on location (for example, America/Los Angeles), the system automatically adjusts for daylight saving time. If a time zone is specified based on the name of a time zone (for example, GMT), which is discouraged, it does not typically adjust for daylight saving time.
